How many units do I need for my event?

Accepted Answer

A rough working rule for a single-day event with drinks served is one cubicle per 75 guests, plus a urinal station for every 400 men. So a 300-guest wedding is comfortable with a 2-door trailer plus a standard cubicle. Tell us your headcount and how long the programme runs and we will size it properly — over-ordering costs you money and under-ordering costs you queues.

Question 2

How far ahead should I book?

For the luxury trailers, two to four weeks — they are the first units to go for December weddings and funeral season. Standard cubicles can usually be arranged with a few days' notice. If your date is close, call 0558 045 600 rather than filling the form and we will tell you immediately what is free.

Question 3

Do the units need water and electricity?

Accepted Answer

Standard cubicles, urinal stations and hand-washing stations need neither — they are fully self-contained. The restroom trailers carry their own fresh water and waste tanks, but they do want a 230V power point within about 25 metres for lighting and pumps. If your venue has no power, add a silent generator to the quote and we bring one.

What does the price include?

Delivery within Accra, set-up, consumables (tissue, soap, sanitiser, air freshener) and the end-of-hire pump-out are all included in the quoted rate. Deliveries outside Accra carry a distance charge, and attendants, generators and mid-event servicing are priced separately so you only pay for what your programme actually needs.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Yes — we deliver nationwide. Tema, Kasoa and the wider Greater Accra area are treated as local. Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Koforidua and beyond are quoted with a distance charge based on the number of units and the road time.

Question 6

How is the waste handled?

Accepted Answer

Every unit holds waste in a sealed tank with chemical treatment. Our crew pumps it out at the end of the hire — or during the event on longer programmes — and it goes to a licensed treatment facility. Nothing is discharged into drains or open ground.

Question 7

Can you service units I already own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pump out, deep clean, recharge chemicals and restock consumables for units we did not supply, either as a one-off call-out or on a standing schedule. We also repair and refurbish units — we build them ourselves, so we carry the parts.

Question 8

What access does a restroom trailer need?

Accepted Answer

The trailer is towed in, so it needs a clear route at least 2.5m wide for the 2-door and 3m for the 3-door, and firm level ground to stand on. Soft sand and steep slopes are the two things that stop a delivery. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the spot on WhatsApp and we will tell you before the day.

Question 9

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a deposit confirms your date and takes the unit off the calendar for everyone else. The balance is settled on or before delivery. We will confirm the exact terms in writing with your quote.

Question 10

Can the units be branded for my event or company?

Accepted Answer

They can. We manufacture our own units, so we can apply event or sponsor branding to the shell for a programme, or build units in your permanent corporate livery if you are buying outright.
